I&M Machine and Fabrication is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that manufactured parts meet customer specifications and company quality standards through accurate inspection, documentation, and communication.

• Inspect parts and finished products to verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
• Document inspection results and complete required quality reports.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns to production personnel.
• Maintain inspection equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing or factory experience.
• Previous Quality Control experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong math skills; knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is preferred.
• Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry or reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
