Tyson Foods is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Supervisor to oversee compliance with food safety and quality standards on a shift basis. You will lead FSQA technicians, ensure record accuracy, and coordinate with the FSQA manager to maintain HACCP and GMP effectiveness.
The role includes preparing the facility for audits (GFSI and customer), addressing complaints and environmental issues, and collaborating with USDA regulators. Flexibility for weekend coverage is required.
