Technique is seeking a Customer Quality Specialist (Caterpillar) to join our Jackson, Michigan facility. The role owns all Caterpillar portal communication, PPAP execution in ETQ Reliance, supplier performance evaluations, and RCCA/8D activities, reporting to the Director of Quality.
You will work with Caterpillar sales and Estimating to align on requirements, drive corrective actions, and manage quality flow-down, PPM, and audits.
