Contract Position For Nestlé In Usa
This is a contract position providing services to Nestlé in the USA through a third-party staffing services organization. If you are selected for this role, you will be an employee of a third-party staffing partner and not Nestlé in the USA.
This twelve-week long contract will focus on preparation of physiological samples for analysis, completion and validation of bioanalytical analytes in physiological samples.
Schedule:
40 hours/week Monday - Friday
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18-19/hr please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
This role will support analysis in determining low levels of compounds in physiological fluids and validation of the method. The student will learn to effectively communicate results, through written technical documentation and reports. Activities will include maintaining a laboratory notebook or other required documentation to comply with quality guidelines, as well as completing complex sample preparation techniques, limited volume samples and performing analyzes.
The student will gain experience with managing and maintaining the Biobank program and will learn to calibrate, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and adjust lab instruments as necessary. Majoring in Biology or Chemistry is required.
