• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares meat products according to established standards; handles boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains operational excellence; keeps work area clean and compliant with company policies; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; secures vulnerable items; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocates for the department and club by prioritizing the member experience in the meat area; demonstrates high quality service and products; shows energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; follows Open Door Policy in daily activities and business processes.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizes, meets deadlines, communicates progress, and learns from feedback.
