Position: Parts Counter Person (Anderson Outdoor Powersports)

Anderson Outdoor is hiring a Parts Counter professional. Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where motorcycles, ATVs, and side‑by‑side are part of everyday life? We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Counter Person to be the go‑to expert for riders who demand the best. Anderson Auto Group consists of eight retail locations in Missouri and Nebraska.

What You'll Do
  • Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide advice on parts compatibility, availability, and installation
  • Process orders, returns, and special requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain organized inventory and restock shelves as needed
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely parts delivery for repairs
  • Keep up with the latest powersports trends, models, and accessories
REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior experience in parts counter or retail environment (powersports or automotive preferred)
  • People focused and unwavering commitment to deliver great customer service
  • Knowledge of motorcyles, ATVs, UTVs, and related components
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient with computer skills is preferred

As part of our application process, all applicants will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the U.S. A valid driver’s license is also required. Anderson Auto Group is EEOC compliant.
