Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – your role involves fulfilling merchandising needs for our customers by communicating, building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will serve as an ambassador for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Use an iPad tablet to order product for shelves and displays, ensuring in‑stock conditions.
• Maintain high representation of Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) in accordance with Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated sales plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude; able to work independently.
• Ready to drive a personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally >50 lbs); ability to move products from stock rooms to store floors.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Cameron, MO (primary location); secondary locations:
  Chillicothe, MO;
  St. Joseph, MO.
• Schedule availability:
  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; start at 7 am.

• Hourly compensation: $17.50
