Role summaryOnline Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
What you’ll doOnline order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose the right items. The position is very fast‑paced and requires working in all departments shopping for customers and filling orders.
Order fillers and delivery associates dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, particularly in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. Time management is essential when shopping for online customers while assisting in‑store customers.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
