Retail Sales Specialist / Turnkey Associate

Full-Time / Part-Time (20–40 hours per week)
Schedule: Rotating weekends required

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist / Turnkey Associate to join our team. This role involves overseeing assigned departments, supporting staff, and delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.

• Supervise, train, and support staff within assigned departments

• Oversee daily operations and ensure departments run efficiently

• Provide a high level of customer service on the retail floor

• Work closely with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Assist with merchandising, product displays, and inventory organization

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
