Providing member service, maintaining checkout and entrance/exit areas, resolving member concerns, promoting Sam's Club products and services, guiding members on self‑service technology, processing purchases, and assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain checkout area and entrance/exit areas.
• Resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote products and services.
• Support members with self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Arrange and organize merchandise, manage shrink and damages.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Execute emergency response procedures.
• Assist in training new associate staff on processes and technology.
• Continuously seek process improvements.

Minimum:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer‑service experience.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license (if required for team members).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (if applicable).

Preferred:

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

$17.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and position level. Additional compensation may be earned through premiums.
