Inside Sales Representative - Property & Casualty; Primarily

• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
• Run reports to verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insured individuals
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as required

• Must obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s License within the first 15 business days of employment
• Prior sales experience is ideal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with insurance industry guidelines and regulations
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy
• Experience in customer service roles related to insurance
