Position OverviewWe’re seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Commercial Project Coordinator to support our growing Commercial & Industrial Division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, solving problems, coordinating projects, and helping teams succeed.
You’ll work directly with a team of experienced commercial sales professionals, project managers, and service technicians serving hospitals, manufacturers, dialysis clinics, surgery centers, and other critical facilities throughout the Midwest.
This position is designed to grow into a larger project management, commercial operations, or commercial sales role as our division continues to expand.
Commercial and Industrial Sales RepresentativesWork as partners with customers to determine the best water solutions for their needs. Starting with a water analysis and a review of system requirements, the Sales Representative can help customers increase the life span of their equipment, save money on water treatment chemicals, reduce downtime, and enhance water quality.

Responsibilities- Grow the existing customer base
- Prospect on local businesses and new construction projects
- Follow up on incoming sales leads
- Research new building projects
- Bidding on projects
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with engineers, contractors, construction managers, and business owners and operators
- Build and maintain customer relationships, providing ongoing support and handling service issues
- High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior sales experience in an industrial or business‑to‑business situation and B2B cold‑calling experience is required
- Must be able to travel to customer locations regularly
- Familiarity with water treatment is preferred but not required
- Must be a self‑starter with initiative, intuitive, and familiar with consultative selling skills
- Computer skills in most Microsoft Office applications required
- Able to produce generated sales each month and be well‑organized
- A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team, and a burning desire to succeed
- Strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills, and excellent problem‑solving abilities
- Base plus Commission
