- Grow revenue and margin by developing existing accounts and winning new business
- Execute a consultative, solutions-based sales approach across all filtration product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, vendors, and internal partners.
- Accurately manage opportunities, call activity, forecasts, and customer data within CRM.
- Participate in ongoing technical and product training to deepen filtration expertise.
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Must have industrial or filtration sales experience
- Proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accounts within a defined territory.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
