Medical Sales Account Manager - Post Acute Care

Job Summary

Post-Acute sales team member responsible for creating demand for Medline’s medical supplies and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective customers in the Springfield, MO area.

• Manage relationships with existing accounts and drive revenue growth within assigned territories.
• Serve as the primary interface for all Medline products and services, identifying and converting opportunities to increase spend per account.
• Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs and align our solutions.
• Coordinate sales forecasts, manage co-op accruals, and set up new customers in Medline’s systems.
• Identify new account installation opportunities and build and maintain smaller account territories in secondary and tertiary markets.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of quota-based sales experience (cold calling, commission, full-cycle sales) OR at least 5 years of similar experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in SAP.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel (e.g., use of SUM, sorting, charts, text wrap, print scaling).

• First-year guaranteed earning potential of $100,000 (base salary $75,000 + 100% commission/Spiffs).
• Bonus-eligible position.
