What You’ll Do

As an Outbound Healthcare Enterprise SDR
, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy, engaging decision‑makers at large healthcare organizations, educating them on our solutions, and setting the stage for high‑value sales conversations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Prospecting & Outreach:
    Identify and engage potential enterprise healthcare customers through targeted outreach (phone, email, Linked In, events).
  • Pipeline Generation:
    Create qualified opportunities by understanding prospects’ pain points and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Market Research:
    Research target accounts, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to craft personalized messaging.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with Account Executives to strategize territory plans, prioritize accounts, and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to optimize performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    1-3 years in outbound sales, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales.
  • Healthcare Knowledge:
    Familiarity with healthcare systems, revenue cycle management, or provider workflows is a strong plus.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to executives.
  • Mindset:
    Resilient, self‑motivated, and eager to exceed targets.
  • Tools:
    Experience using CRM (Hubspot preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Apollo or similar).
