You will develop and execute the community's sales strategy end-to-end, building referral relationships and guiding prospective residents and families through the decision process.
You will lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, analyzing performance and market data, maintaining CRM data, forecasting, and reporting to support long-term occupancy
