HVAC Sales Consultant

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Rooter seeks an HVAC Sales Consultant to lead in-home comfort solutions for Kansas City homeowners. You'll respond to company-generated leads, perform detailed home assessments, and present tailored HVAC replacement and upgrade options. Using strong product knowledge and consultative selling, you'll build trust, explain financing and warranties, and close projects that align with customer needs and budgets.

Work closely with install and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery while enjoying year-round work, ongoing technical and sales training, and long-term career growth in residential home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and present solutions
• Develop and deliver professional proposals for equipment replacement and upgrades
• Educate homeowners on system options, financing, warranties, and maintenance plans
• Build and maintain relationships with residential customers to drive repeat business
• Follow up on company-provided leads and manage opportunities in CRMCollaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Stay current on HVAC products, rebates, and local code requirements
• Maintain a high standard of safety, professionalism, and customer service
• Participate in ongoing sales and technical training provided by the company
