Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response protocols related to a chemical and petrochemical environment;
Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, unusual conditions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production support areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help identify unauthorized activity, potential hazards, and/or conditions requiring follow-up;
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, and visitors, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document security-related incidents, patrol activity, and/or notable observations in required reports
