Facilities Supervisor

• Maintenance and cleaning of the property
• Scheduling and supervising maintenance, ground, and custodial employees
• Training team members
• Enforce compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety, fire, and health
• Inventory control
• Provide a safe, clean environment for guests and employees
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and SDS manual

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:The supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or college education.
• Broad Knowledge of organizational, communication, and supervision skills.
• Excellent customer and employee service skills are essential.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Must be able to Obtain and Maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License
• Must have a valid driver's license

SKILLS

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
