Electrician at the St. Joseph, Illinois production facility.

• Ensure operation of company equipment including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and scheduled inspections of equipment following prescribed guidelines and procedures.
• Review and assist program leaders and teams with the electrical safety program to ensure adherence and compliance.
• Adhere to all quality systems and safety procedures, including environmental regulations, OSHA, PSM, and Corteva’s safety procedures in everyday work routine.
• Make recommendations for improved safety through electrical programs and/or process changes, including the addition of new devices and hardware.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

• Journeyman Electrical experience.
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and ability to interpret it.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle as needed.
• Comfort with technology and good computer aptitude, including Microsoft Applications and willingness to learn other company applications.
• Capacity to climb and/or work in elevated areas, stand and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in various conditions, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motion or lifting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, multitasking ability, organized workplace management, and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to maintain detailed equipment records and prints as required.
• Commitment to health and safety, following all safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime, shift hours, weekends, and holidays during seasonal peaks to support production demand.

• Master Licensed Electrician certification.
• Experience with a work order and parts inventory system.
• Knowledge or experience with Automation and PLCs.
• Previous industrial maintenance work on production equipment—electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, motors, gear motors, instrumentation and controls, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Experience with SAP or a similar system for work orders and parts inventory.

• Base salary range: $74,457.00 – $82,730.00, with potential annual bonus.
