Service Technician

• Travel to customer locations throughout your service territory (Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and/or Kansas)
• Follow OSHA training, safety rules and customer regulations
• Troubleshoot and repair laundry equipment
• Properly dispose of all debris and work materials
• Maintain inventory on trucks and trailers for upcoming service appointments
• Record service details and work hours using paperless and digital work order systems
• Occasional overnight or out-of-town travel to service remote customers

This job does not have an education qualification requirement. Trade experience and education is a bonus.

• Basic plumbing and mechanical skills
• Cutting and welding experience is a plus
• Single and three-phase electrical experience
• Ability to use hand tools and willing to learn the tools of our trade
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reading and understanding equipment drawings and specifications
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, and motor vehicle records check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, DOT physical, drug screen, and random drug screening
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting at least 50 pounds
