We’re seeking experienced Welders and Fitter Welders to join a respected fabrication team in St. Joseph. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders who take pride in high‑quality work and want stable, long‑term employment on 1st shift.
What You’ll Do- Perform high‑quality welds according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding plans.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and strong weld quality.
- Complete a hands‑on welding skills assessment.
- Prior welding experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards.
- Must provide own welding hood and steel‑toe boots.
- Welding jackets and sleeves provided.
