Maintenance Technician – Industrial Skilled Role

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong industrial troubleshooting skills to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and the ability to keep critical equipment running efficiently.

Skills & Experience Required

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience with 3-phase electrical, AC/DC systems, control circuits, VFDs, and PLCs
Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment quickly and accurately
Experience with CNC machines, conveyors, forklifts, overhead cranes, lasers, saws, lathes, and welding equipment preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns and production issues
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery
Service and maintain automated manufacturing systems
Respond quickly to downtime calls to minimize production delays
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Work with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Comfortable working in tight or industrial spaces
Must follow strict safety procedures at all times
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
