CDL‑A Truck Driver Home Weekly $1,800–$1,900/WK (Full Time)

Class A CDL truck drivers with at least 6 months driving experience in the last 3 years run a dedicated account that is home weekly and pays $93–$105K/year with a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Drivers start full benefits after 60 days, including medical, 401(k) with matching, and PTO.
Pay structure: $0.79–$0.82 CPM to start (based on experience) with a maximum of $0.90 CPM and a raise of $0.01 CPM every 6 months. Drivers earn $55 per stop and $100 per trailer unload.
Drivers are home weekly and can take the truck home, provided they have a secure parking spot.
Pet and rider welcome after 5 days of training on the account, which pays $200 per day.
$2,500 sign‑on bonus paid as $250 after the first load and $250 per month for the next nine months.
Orientation takes place in St. Louis, followed by assignment of a trainee; training lasts 3–5 days.
Requirements- At least 6 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (no more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years)
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests (including SAP program completion)
- No terminations from last driving job
- Clean driving record:
- Maximum 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (or 3 in the last 36 months)
- Maximum 2 seat belt violations in the last 24 months
- No speeding violations over 11‑14 mph above the limit in the last 12 months
- No pending violations
- No more than 2 out‑of‑service violations in the last year
- No serious offenses in the last 3 years (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, fatal accidents)
- No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last 12 months
- Not more than 2 preventable accidents and not more than 4 total accidents in the last 12 months
- All DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years must have an accident report
- No felonies in the last 5 years
