DOT Bus Driver - STL Airport

Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full‑time 9‑15 Passenger Bus Driver located at the STL Lambert Airport. The Bus Driver provides superior, friendly, efficient service during the rental car process, transporting customers to and from the rental facility in a safe and timely manner. The driver establishes and maintains clear communications with other bus operators and the management team to ensure a consistent, superior level of customer service.

License requirements: If you are licensed in the state of Missouri you must have a Class “E” certification on your license or be willing to obtain one. If you are licensed in the state of Illinois you must have a Class “C” or be willing to obtain one. This position does not allow for any other paid employment—no moonlighting.

Compensation: The position starts at $17.00/hr and pays $18.00/hr for CDL holders. There is an additional $4.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 8:00 pm and 12:00 am. The role is located is International Airport – 10124 Natural Bridge Road, Saint Louis, MO 63134.

• Deliver customers and vehicles to the appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner.
• Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Operate the courtesy shuttle in accordance with all laws and regulations while following company policy.
• Assist customer(s) to load and unload luggage, enter and exit vehicle, and meet miscellaneous needs.
• Notify the manager of any customer or vehicle problems, including daily maintenance issues.
• Provide appropriate local information and distribute maps and handouts as required.
• Communicate with office and other drivers via 2‑way radio or cellular phone.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years (CDL preferred).
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
• Previous driving experience in a similar vehicle (large shuttle van or bus) required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Must have at least one year of previous customer service experience.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to assist customers.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods to greet customers.
• License requirements for Missouri and Illinois as stated above.

All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under DOT regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner’s certificate, or submit to and successfully complete a DOT medical examination. No moonlighting is allowed (no other paid employment).
