Role: Full-time Fed Ex Delivery Route Driver operating out of Rolla, MO, delivering to local residences and businesses in Washington, MO area. Drivers use employer-provided step vans and box trucks, with no CDL required.
- Responsibilities:
Load and unload packages, deliver to destinations, scan and log packages, and complete routes efficiently within delivery windows. Maintain safety, integrity, service, and attendance standards. - Qualifications & Skills:
Must pass drug tests (no marijuana, CBD, or related substances), DOT physical, and background check. Must have a clean motor vehicle record, be 21+, physically able to handle packages over 150 lbs, and reside within 30 minutes of the terminal. Class E license required. - Benefits & Compensation:
Weekly pay ($700-$775), bi-weekly paycheck, paid training, health/dental/vision/life insurance after 60 days, vacation and holiday pay, company uniforms. Emphasizes safety, service, and punctuality in a safety-oriented culture.
