Warehouse Lead 3rd Shift

Reports to
-Warehouse Supervisor

Common tasks

• Able to lead and motivate a group of employees.
• Understands the warehouse workflow and can efficiently execute tasks.
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform basic dock tasks such as scanning, wrapping pallets.
• Use material handling equipment to load and unload trailers.
• Perform start and end of shift tasks including sweeping and cleaning in the warehouse.
• Some manual material handling may be required.
• Case picking and building pallets as required by customers.

Preferred Experience and Education

• Entry level candidates are welcome!
• 2 years of warehouse experience with forklift operation may qualify for a higher start rate.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Our warehouse is cold. You must be able to work in a wide range of temperatures from
-20F to 80F. You must be able to walk or stand for the entire 8 hour shift and to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
