Warehouse Manager

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join a rapidly growing US-based industrial solutions provider delivering cutting-edge service and equipment support across aviation, aerospace, and power generation sectors. With continued business expansion and increasing customer demand, they are seeking a seasoned planning professional with deep expertise in manufacturing or MRO environments to drive scheduling strategy, material coordination, and production efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of hands-on experience in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments and possess strong skills in ERP systems, cross-functional planning, and continuous improvement methodologies with proven management experience.

• Lead and develop a warehouse team of 15+ employees
• Oversee inventory valued at $250M+
• Drive a strong safety culture and lead by example
• Develop and improve warehouse processes, controls, and efficiencies
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive data-led decision making
• Implement inventory controls to minimize losses and improve accuracy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Champion continuous improvement and warehouse transformation initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, or related field
• 7+ years' experience managing warehouse operations and leading teams
• Strong ERP experience (D365 preferred)
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming warehouse operations
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Technical understanding of warehouse systems and technology
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Warehouse transformation and process improvement projects
• KPI development and performance management
• Inventory control within large-scale manufacturing or industrial environments
