Inventory Control Coordinator

* This position is located in St. Joseph, DC*

• Inventory Control Coordinator reports to the Production Control Manager, part of the Manufacturing Operations business unit.
• This role is located onsite in the plant.
• Perform daily cycle counts of production components and inventory locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement or recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Operations, Offsite Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure accurate and timely material transactions.
• Perform receiving functions and tracking of inbound inventory.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify trends and determine root causes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to become certified and safely operate a scissor lift as required.

• Previous experience in Inventory Control, Material Analysis, Production Control, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.
• Experience performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices, material flow processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
