Our client, a leading food service distributor in Quebec, is seeking a Reliable Temporary Administrative Clerk. This full-time role involves various tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, and general administrative support. Successful candidates may transition to a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle printing, scanning, and photocopying of invoices
• Perform basic data entry and system updates
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
• Quickly locate files and documents upon request
• Provide administrative assistance to the Accounts Payable team
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior clerical or administrative experience
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
