A day in the life.
As the PCS Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in scaling our intake and case development process to support rapid growth in complex client referrals. This position is designed to build a robust, consultative intake model that enables our PCS team to efficiently manage increasing volumes and complexity. You will be the strategic right hand to our advisors, ensuring seamless case preparation, client communication, and operational excellence.

- Lead intake and detailed fact-finding calls with prospective clients
- Organize and manage multi-property documentation and complex case details
- Build complete, standardized case packages to support underwriting and quoting processes
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Proven ability to interact with and create a network of contacts.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities by analyzing complex issues, developing innovative solutions, and effectively implementing strategies to overcome challenges.

Compensation and growthThe applicable base salary range for this role is $34,100 to $63,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
