Senior Project Manager – Colliers
This role is an onsite position based out of Colliers’ Minnesota Office, responsible for establishing and evaluating the planning, design and construction of various assignments as an owner’s representative.
Responsibilities- Manage all phases of project management including design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, and budget management.
- Track progress of projects against goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets, and generate status reports.
- Monitor expenses to ensure they fall within the prescribed budget.
- Interface with clients to define project requirements and establish project work plans and deadlines.
- Present and sell owner representative services; execute tenant improvement and ground‑up construction projects.
- Oversee development of the project roadmap, leading the team from initial concept through final punch‑list and close‑out.
- Facilitate client meetings regarding project matters.
- Manage all facets of project design, construction, and occupancy.
- Work closely with functional areas, contractors, internal teams, external collaborators, customers and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7‑10 years of experience focusing on general contracting in design‑build or architectural/consulting roles.
- Extensive knowledge of design process, construction, and project management.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and industry‑specific software such as Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit.
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications.
- Experience managing projects exceeding $5million in ground‑up value, forecasting, preparing budgets, and conducting complex business/financial analysis.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and industry relationships.

Salary & BenefitsApproximate Salary Range: $134,210–$150,000. Benefits include employer‑subsidized medical, dental, vision, basic life/AD&D insurance, short‑term/long‑term disability, 401(k) with employer match, 10 days of sick leave, 15 days of vacation annually (minimum), 10 paid holidays, 2 personal flex days, 12 weeks parental leave for birth parents, 4 weeks for non‑birth parents, unlimited time off for senior roles, and annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
