THE POSITIONWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team and help drive the continued growth of our Commercial division. This role will lead technology integration projects throughout the Twin Cities, working closely with customers, general contractors, construction partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
First and foremost, we are looking for a great Construction Project Manager.
This role offers something different from traditional construction project management. You will work in the construction environment you know while managing projects that incorporate some of the most innovative technology being integrated into today's commercial buildings.

RESPONSIBILITIESOwn successful execution of a project from turnover through completion.
- Review construction plans, specifications, scope, and proposals prior to final client approval to identify gaps or execution concerns
- Turn the agreed-upon scope into a clear project plan and manage it through completion
- Manage schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and project milestones
- Coordinate with GCs, trades, vendors, clients, and our internal teams
- Manage RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and communication
- Forecast labor and material needs and identify risks before they become expensive problems
- Track project financial performance to protect profitability
- Keep customers informed and expectations aligned throughout the project
- Properly close out projects and transition completed systems to the customer and service team
This is an in-person position based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, with travel required throughout the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area.
