Substation Civil EIT/Coordinator

Location:

United States – Minnesota – Saint Louis Park;
Madison, Wisconsin.

• Conduct analyses to develop power‑related design options or recommendations and assist in the preparation of project deliverables, including engineering drawing packages, cost estimates, and project specifications.
• Perform routine engineering assignments using standard techniques and procedures.
• Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables.
• Work independently on small projects or assist more‑senior engineers and professionals on larger projects.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, other Engineers In‑Training (EITs), Designers, or BIM Specialists as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Candidates without an EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain an EIT for career progression.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• An attitude and commitment to active participation in an employee‑owned culture.
