Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) 2026
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three‑year rotational program that prepares and develops leaders within the finance and accounting organization. Associates rotate through multiple finance functions, spending 12 months in each rotation at one or more U.S.
-based locations.
- Business Segment Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Enterprise FP&A
- Controlling
- Internal Audit
- External Reporting
- Investor Relations
- Manufacturing Finance
- Commercial Finance
- Treasury
- Training & Development:
Ongoing training each year of the program to hone functional competencies, gain business insights, and develop leadership capabilities. - Community:
Engagement in social, professional, and service activities, including Employee Resource Groups and volunteer opportunities. - Mentorship & Networking:
Connections with peers, managers, and senior leaders, formal and informal mentorship throughout the rotations. - Career Opportunities:

Geographic flexibility is required to relocate as necessary during and after the program. Possible locations include Minneapolis, MN (St. Louis Park) and Cleveland, OH (Solon).
Required Qualifications- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 and available to begin full‑time employment in June 2026
- Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
- Geographic flexibility during and after the program
- Previous internship or work experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven leadership experience
- Leadership experience and industry‑related internship experience is a plus
Compensation Range: $54,300.00 – $. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Additional compensation may include annual incentives.
