Granite Partners is seeking a Recruiting Manager to expand the capacity, rigor, and impact of recruiting efforts across the Granite Companies. This person will lead searches for leadership, professional, and technical roles while strengthening sourcing strategy, research depth, and search process discipline. This newly created role reflects Granite’s continued investment in recruiting as a strategic capability.
Reporting to the Talent Director, and working in close partnership with the Recruiting Partner, the Recruiting Manager will lead searches from role definition through candidate selection and onboarding. In doing so, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to company leaders influencing key hiring decisions while contributing to the broader recruiting strategy and priorities established by the Talent Director and Recruiting Partner.

In this role, the Recruiting Manager will contribute directly to attracting top talent to the Granite Companies and building leadership capacity that supports sustainable growth and long‑term value creation.
The PositionAs the Recruiting Manager at Granite Partners, you will lead and execute searches across leadership and senior‑level roles for the Granite Companies. You will partner directly with company leaders to define roles, design sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and guide hiring decisions, ensuring disciplined execution, strong candidate quality, and effective hiring outcomes.
Working in close collaboration with the Talent Director and Recruiting Partner, you will operate within Granite’s broader recruiting strategy while independently managing designated searches. You will be accountable for search progress, candidate quality, stakeholder communication, and successful hiring outcomes.
In addition to leading searches, you will strengthen the underlying engine of recruiting at Granite by deepening research capabilities, refining search processes, and expanding long‑term talent pipelines aligned with talent priorities.
Search Leadership & Execution- Lead full‑cycle searches for designated leadership, professional, and technical roles, including role definition, sourcing strategy, outreach, structured evaluation, reference process, and offer coordination.
- Partner with and manage external search firms and talent partners, aligning on search strategy, guiding candidate development efforts, and ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery of candidate pipelines.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including industry networks and associations, executive search databases, professional platforms (e.g., Linked In), referrals, and direct outreach.
- Leverage data and AI‑enabled insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
- Conduct deep candidate and market research, including market mapping, target company identification, and competitive talent analysis.
- Leads structured interviews, asks insightful follow‑up questions, and synthesizes feedback to support informed hiring decisions while ensuring a professional and engaging experience for all candidates.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen talent pipelines and candidate networks aligned with Granite Partners’ long‑term talent needs.
- Apply disciplined search processes to ensure consistency, rigor, and high‑quality candidate evaluation.
- Design and refine recruiting workflows that integrate AI and automation to improve efficiency, insight generation, and scalability.
- Leverage recruiting tools, systems, data, and insights (e.g., Encore, Linked In Recruiter, analytics) to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
- Partner with the Talent Director and Recruiting Partner to align search execution with enterprise recruiting priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices across the Granite Companies.
