Part Time Caretaker

- Up to 10 hours per week cleaning common areas @ $16.97/hr
- Grounds/Weeding/Turns: $18.97/hr
- Shoveling: $20/hr as needed
10% rent discount if the Caretaker chooses to live on-site.
