  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to fabrication quality, throughput, and process consistency.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience fitting and fabricating pipe, preferably in thermoplastic materials (PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, HDPE).
  • Hands‑on experience with infrared, butt, and socket fusion welding equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings, spool drawings, and piping specifications.
  • Working knowledge of pipe fitting tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality, code‑compliant work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced fabrication shop environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with fusion data logging systems (e.g., GF CONNECT, McElroy Data Logger).
  • Exposure to ASME B31.3 process piping requirements or other code‑driven fabrication environments.
  • Experience fabricating for water/wastewater, semiconductor/high‑purity, or chemical processing end markets.
  • Prior experience in a formal quality system environment (ISO 9001 or similar).
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods.
