RN - Ambulatory Primary Care Phone Triage - Up to $74.20/ Hour

Interim Health Care  Staffing is seeking Phone Triage Registered Nurses to support an Advanced Care/Primary clinic. This RN plays a critical role in assisting patients and creating successful outcomes by triaging calls and coordinating patient care.

Telephonic patient triage and clinical decision support.

$63.60 to $74.20 per hour

Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p

St. Louis Park

• Provide phone-based nursing triage and clinical guidance
• Assess symptoms, determine level of care, and elevate appropriately
• Utilize clinical protocols and documentation systems
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to support patient outcomes
• Coordinate patient care including medication refills, home care and durable medical equipment
• Utilize the EPIC/Inbasket system for necessary documentation

• Active RN license in Minnesota AND Wisconsin (required)
• Prior phone triage, in-person triage, or phone-based nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross only)
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls and priorities
