Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team. The RN will provide skilled nursing care and teaching in patients’ homes or community settings, coordinating medical and social resources to develop a comprehensive plan of care.
Position includes a Night On-Call schedule (4:30 pm–12:00 am, on-call 12:00 am–8:00 am) with a minimum of two shifts per month. Minnesota RN licensure and a nursing degree are required; hospice experience is a plus.
