The NAR/Care Specialist provides direct care to residents to maintain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being through quality care.

• Wage: $21.15–$25.00/hour. $500 sign‑on bonus paid after 90 days employment.
• Shift: 6:30am–2:30pm

• Current certification through Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry required.

• Nursing assistant experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• Heimlich procedure skills preferred.
