This role covers mostly the West Metro area and would be based out of St. Louis Park, MN.

    One year of Clinical Nursing experience prefe

    Med-Surg, TCU, LTC, Assisted Living, Home Health, or Hospice experience prefe
  • rred.

    Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record, and proof of valid insurance. Must have reliable transporta
  • tion.

Physical Requirements Necessary To Perform T his Job

    Perform heavy work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 75

    Push/pull clients in wheelchairs up to 200 pounds a distance of sever
  • al feet.

    Vision acuity to read fine print, warning labels, doctor prescriptio
  • ns, etc.

    Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, including possessing good English-speaking skills, fluency and understand
  • ability.

    Must be able to successfully pass training and education modules, and exhibit competency with medication administration and docume
  • ntation.
