The role focuses on triage via Epic In Basket, handling patient calls, MyChart messages, and prescription refills for multiple west-side TRIA locations, with occasional MRSA swab responsibilities.
Ideal candidates are graduates from a nursing program, with BLS certification and the ability to multitask in a high-volume clinic setting.
