Job OverviewDream Maker Bath & Kitchen, an award‑winning residential remodeling franchise, seeks a Lead Carpenter to execute high‑end kitchen and bath remodels throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. In this hands‑on role you will be part of a collaborative, client‑focused team known for quality‑driven projects and can build toward business ownership. Key Responsibilities- Lead interior remodeling work focused on kitchens and bathrooms.
- Perform demolition, framing, millwork, and cabinetry installations (face‑frame and frameless).
- Install a wide range of finishes: drywall, flooring, paint, and specialty wall panel systems (Onyx, Wetwall, porcelain, thin stone).
- Install a wide range of accessibility products in kitchens and baths to aid client safety.
- Collaborate closely with sub‑trades and design staff to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.
- Maintain a professional, respectful presence in client homes.
- Coordinate daily with the team and manage tools, materials, and job site readiness.
- Adapt to new systems and learn advanced installation techniques unique to Dream Maker.
- Demonstrate consistent planning and time management to maximize project efficiency and earnings.
- 5 years of hands‑on carpentry experience in high‑end residential remodeling.
- Strong skills in interior renovations, especially kitchens and baths.
- Proficiency with various installation methods and material types.
- Light plumbing or electrical skills are a plus.
- Comfortable collaborating with clients and team members.
- Self‑starter with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUI in the past 3 years).

- Report daily to the St. Louis Park office to pick up materials and the company vehicle.
- Work on job sites across the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
