Sherman Associates is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service a brand new market-rate luxury development in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
You will perform diverse maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and landscaping, with emphasis on safety and timely response to work orders. This role requires 1-4 years of experience, a valid driver's license, own hand tools, and the ability to work on-call including evenings and weekends.
