BIGOS MANAGEMENT is hiring a Maintenance Technician III for Era on Excelsior in St. Louis Park, MN (550 Units). You will perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep the property compliant with standards and laws.
Work with the Property Manager to make vacated apartments rent-ready, complete work orders quickly, and handle common repairs. On-call rotation and safety training are part of the role.
