$270,000 – $406,000 per year and $262,000 – $393,000 annually plus sign‑on bonus for full‑time.

Outpatient clinics in Anoka, Apple Valley, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Centerville, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Maplewood, and St. Paul.
