We are actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with at least one year of experience who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

• Fully licensed in Minnesota (BE/BC) with an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Experienced in both medication management and therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP.

• Flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time (20 hours week+) available.
• 100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
• Hybrid model.
• Compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings.
• Compensation range $183,000 - $278,000 based on productivity.
