$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Process invoices, expense reports, and weekly disbursements
• Reconcile vendor statements and credit cards
• Prepare and send customer invoices, apply payments, and support collections
• Assist with month-end close to keep financials accurate
• Track temporary labor expenses and support ERP improvements

• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Job costing experience in construction is a plus
• Comfort with Excel and accounting systems (SAP or similar preferred)
• A proactive, team-first mindset with the confidence to take ownership of your work
• Flexibility to adapt and stay focused when priorities shift
