Join a well-established and growing company with a proven track record of over 30 years! We are seeking an Accountant II to work closely with the Controller in managing full-cycle accounting. This is a full-time, on-site position located in University City, St. Louis, MO.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable/Receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with an external CPA during the annual financial review.
• Support the budgeting process, assist with forecasting, and analyze financial data to guide business decisions.
• Partner with the Controller to provide accounting support and process improvements.
• Coordinate semi-monthly payroll with a third-party provider.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting.
• Strong attention to detail with a friendly and coachable attitude.
